Rad Power Bikes Named to Time’s Inaugural List of the TIME100 Most Influential Companies

SEATTLE – April 27, 2021 -- Today, TIME revealed the first-ever TIME100 Most Influential Companies, a new list—and an expansion of the annual TIME100 franchise—that highlights 100 businesses making an extraordinary impact around the world.  Rad Power® Bikes, North America’s largest ebike brand, is honored to be featured on this list in the Pioneer category.

TIME recognized Rad Power Bikes for nearly tripling sales between April 2019 and 2020, securing an additional $150 million in funding, and laying the groundwork for a larger staff, more mobile service options, and a fourth brick and mortar store.  The company is fortunate to have more than 250,000 riders in over 30 countries demonstrating the life-changing benefits of ebikes within their own communities.

To assemble the list, TIME solicited nominations across every sector—including health care, entertainment, transportation, technology and more—from its global network of editors and correspondents, as well as from industry experts. Each company was then evaluated on key factors, including relevance, impact, innovation, leadership, ambition and success.
